Community Guidelines

Last updated: April 2026

TrustHub is a verified identity network. Every member who participates here has verified their identity with a government-issued ID. That means real names, real accountability, and a real commitment to treating each other with respect. These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone in this community.

Be Real

Verified identity is the foundation of TrustHub. You've put your name behind your words — that's a powerful thing. We ask that you honor that by being genuine, honest, and accountable for what you post. If you wouldn't say it with your name attached in a room full of people, reconsider posting it here.

Respect Others

You don't have to agree with everyone. Healthy disagreement, debate, and differing viewpoints are welcome — that's part of what makes a community interesting. What's not welcome is crossing the line from disagreement into harassment. Here's the difference:

Disagreement (allowed): "I think that policy is a bad idea because..." or "I disagree with your analysis — here's why..."

Harassment (not allowed): Personal attacks, name-calling, threats, following someone across posts to antagonize them, or piling on to intimidate someone into silence.

What's Not Allowed

The following will result in content removal and may result in account action:

  • Harassment and bullying: Targeting someone with repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, or personal attacks.
  • Hate speech: Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Threats: Any threat of violence — even if you say you're joking. We take all threats seriously.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or falsely claiming affiliations. Your verified identity is yours alone.
  • Spam and self-promotion abuse: Posting the same content repeatedly, flooding conversations with promotional material, or using TrustHub primarily as an advertising channel. Sharing your own relevant work is fine; carpet-bombing the platform with links is not.
  • Doxxing: Sharing someone's private personal information without their consent.
  • Illegal content: Anything that violates US law.
  • Sexually explicit content involving minors: Zero tolerance. Immediate permanent ban and report to authorities.
  • Copyright infringement: Posting content you don't have the right to share. See our DMCA Policy for details.

Reporting

If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it. You can report content or users by contacting us at customerservice@trusthub.id. Please include a link to the content and a brief description of the issue. We review all reports and will respond as quickly as possible.

Filing a false or malicious report to harass another user is itself a violation of these guidelines.

Consequences

When someone violates these guidelines, we use a graduated response depending on the severity:

  • Content removal: For first-time or minor violations, we remove the offending content and notify you.
  • Warning: A formal notice that further violations will result in suspension.
  • Temporary suspension: Your account is locked for a period of time. You cannot post, comment, or interact during the suspension.
  • Permanent ban: For severe or repeated violations, your account is permanently terminated. Because TrustHub uses identity verification, this ban is tied to your verified identity — you cannot re-register under the same or a different identity.

For the most severe violations — credible threats, child exploitation, or illegal activity — we skip directly to permanent ban and may report to law enforcement.

A Note on AI-Assisted Content

TrustHub allows AI-assisted content creation, but you're still responsible for everything posted under your name. AI-generated content must meet the same standards as any other content. "My AI wrote it" is not a defense for guideline violations. You reviewed it, you posted it, your name is on it.
